    I booked the room on behalf of my friend. After her stay, she told me that everything was great except for the reception staff. When they attended to her during check-in, they were unprofessional. They gave her judgmental looks and kept talking among themselves, as if they were not paying attention to her. However, when she checked out, the receptionist who assisted her was very polite and provided excellent service.

    Comfortable stay. Good location as short drive to all good eateries and next to a mall too. Breakfast - while fewer choices than larger hotels was tasty. Best part they had water dispensers and you can also use their cafe microwave to heat food, and some light refreshments.

    I didnt expect it to be so low end for the price I paid as compared to other hotels in the vicinity. It was dressed up in a tacky manner, really kind of hotel that you visit in chinatown part of a city. Location wise is perfect but everything about it is just tacky
