The view was amazing and the outdoor lounger a comfy way to enjoy it. Clean and modern with lots of yummy restaurants on the bay.
The couch was a little uncomfortable the leather was very cold in winter. Maybe add thicker blankets for winter it was very cold.

Outdoor shower was amazing! only downside is you either have to walk through the bedroom or living room to get to it.
Easy walking distance to brewery and several eateries.
Car port which means topless cars can be parked out of the weather
Neighbours on both sides are very very close. it didn't feel entirely private. We could hear all conversations on both sides.
The front door also opens straight into the bedroom, the door is glass so when either Neighbour leaves their lights on it is very bright.
