Reflections Turquoise Villa 4

It was clean, comfortable bed, small view towards ocean.

Not enough sunlight coming into the place. Felt closed in.

The customer service was fantastic! The lovely ladies in the office offered to drive us to the property and even waited while we collected a few groceries.

There was mouldy bread in the cupboard from previous guests.

Beach front, very modern villa. Private pool between bed room (entrance side) and lounge/kitchen (beach side), night light was beautiful. Kitchen tools was perfect, laundry and dryer were good too.

Unfortunately, we disappointed. 1. shower head was broken 2. foot chair of bed was broken 3. TV (lounge) was broken 4. Air con (bed room) was not work well. We realized those soon after we checked in Villa. The office already closed but claimed them. Staff gave us key of Villa 3 just in case if still air con is not work. Sun went down and we power off of air con in lounge then slowly bed room coming cool. This is the first day. Next day, staff came to replaced TV and foot chair from Villa 3. but could not repair shower head till the end. We paid $450 per night, but so many broken. Office staff said "thank you to telling us these." and tried to fix, however we the GUEST is only ONE TIME travel. We had a plan my BD celebration spend in beautiful Magnetic Island, but was not happy stay. I saw a lot of green ads "BEST OF MAGNETIC" in island, can easily imagine the other cottage/villa has same happen. This time I gave score 7 (Good) as staff tried to fix, but they should be careful BEFORE guest come in.

location amazing. plunge pool lovely. great view. very comfortable bed and property.

lots of sharp iron filings on ground and around pool presumably from gutter fitters from next door building site not putting tarps up before cutting metal. obviously a temporary issue. Also whilst layout fabulous in some ways, a little annoying having to locking the front section while you are in the back section and vice versa. also no basic coffee pod machine or the like
