Worst experience ever.

The room was Clean.

I paid and specifically asked for a sea front view.My view was trees and back yards of houses.The remote did not work at all and had to contact the host Gideon every time I had to exit or enter the premises.I will never ever return or ever make my booking there and certainly feel robbed of my R 3500 paid for my Husbands 50th Birthday celebration to him..My reserved parking was also taken and had been called at 10 the evening when the people left to repark ar my appointed spot.

Forgot my R5500 glasses there , did ask the host immediately to check as i already left for my flat and he just ignored me, never got back to me, guess he just kept it, very disappointed, stayed here 3 nights and my glasses is way more worth than the stay

Nice place, but a few minor changes can be made to make this 👌

I liked the modern layout and the beds were so comfortable! The decor was lovely. We particularly loved view from the main bedroom and the balcony looking out on Table Mountain. The cupboard space was great too as we booked the place for three weeks. Loved the sliding door opening onto the main balcony from the main bedroom as it helped to air the room in the Dec / Jan heat. Facilities include a hair dryer, ironing board and iron which were a nice to have given our length of stay. The cleaning service once a week was good too. There were two parking bays reserved undercover which was convenient. Nice feature was a Weber in the balcony including fire lighters, matches and braai (barbecue for overseas guests) tools. The apartment met 99% of our needs and Gideon from the Hosting Agents, was awesome too, keeping in touch and making sure we had what we needed. For example, he quickly sorted out an issue with the kettle upon arrival, replacing it within 2 hours.

Going to be a bit critical as we had a long stay and what would normally be ok for a few days' stay, actually isnt acceptable for the time and what was charged. One remote and one set of keys for 3 adults' occupancy became tricky. We had our own key cut and eventually Gideon loaned us a spare remote. Many dirty marks on walls and doors gave a "well-used and badly maintained" feel. Some finishes needed attending to like the bedside shelf/ table in the second room was broken and you couldn't stand a bedside lamp on it. In addition, the lamp provided had a cable too short to reach the plug point. The blind in the second bedroom was broken and you couldn't lift it to open it up for lighting. The washing machine was clogged with soap which needed to be cleaned - soap build up (hard and crystallized) before using. Had to rinse it a few times too to remove odour. There was nowhere to hang washing and had to purchase my own dryer rack. The water pressure was shocking and it becomes difficult to wash hair especially if it is long. The crockery was dirty and had to be rewashed (pans, pots and bowls). Some of the cooking utensils were melted (the spatula for example) and couldn't be used. The Nespresso machine provided, was missing a drawer for the used pods. This became messy when trying to use it. The facilities were great, but I feel there needs to be maintenence and a little more scrutiny before guests arrive. The apartment is advertised and charged at almost R3400 per day and these maintenance issues really should be dealt with.

property is great, location good, customer services sucks, what's the service fee for?

The gentleman handing the keys told me he needed R250 key dropping fee, which was never ever communicated to me, at all. If there are such hidden fees, please let the guests know upfront. I didn't expect to have that fee paid

The host representatives must be taught to be cordial with people, it felt like he was doing us a favor all the time i asked a question. I asked for the load shedding schedule, he sent it however his communication afterwards was somewhat corky, please teach them customer communication
