comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is situated on the third
floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a
comfortable self-catering stay, including a gas stove, a dishwasher,
and a front-loading washing machine for added convenience. The dining
space features a glass round dining table with comfy seating for four.
The lounge features a cosy sofa, a single armchair, a coffee table with
two fitted ottomans for additional seating or use as a footrest, and a
TV cabinet housing a flatscreen television. The lounge is also fitted
with air conditioning for added comfort. Glass doors open onto a
private balcony, ideal for relaxed living—perfect for soaking up the
sunshine or unwinding after a day of exploring. Additionally, guests
will enjoy secure parking and internet access throughout the property.
The apartment includes two bedrooms. The main bedroom is fitted with a
queen-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom equipped with a
shower, a washbasin with vanity, and a toilet. The second bedroom also
features a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a
shower, a washbasin with vanity, and a toilet. Please note that the
property is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator
access; access is via stairs only.
Bloubergstrand is a wonderful holiday destination with lots of
interesting attractions, enticing beaches, and outstanding restaurants
and cafés that are either oceanfront or found inside retail malls.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
The balcony features small open spaces between the railing and building pillars. For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times when using the balcony area.
Please note that this property is located on the third floor and is only accessible via stairs, as there is no elevator. Air conditioning is available in the lounge area only.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 21 Popham Street, Table View, 7439.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
