**Overall Rating:** 3/5 ★★★☆☆
If you are looking for a budget-friendly place to sleep in a fantastic location and you don't mind complete independence, this hotel is a solid choice. However, you need to manage your expectations regarding service.
**The Good: Location & Connectivity**
* **Excellent Transport:** The hotel is incredibly close to **Dongmyo Station**, which connects directly to both **Line 1 and Line 6**. This makes getting around Seoul incredibly easy.
* **Local Atmosphere:** It is right next to the **Dongmyo Flea Market**, which is fantastic for exploring, vintage shopping, and finding cheap local eats.
* **Value:** The price per night is very competitive for this area of the city.
**The Bad: Zero Service & Housekeeping**
* **No Cleaning:** We stayed here for **6 nights**, and not once was our room cleaned, nor did housekeeping ever drop by.
* **Ghost Staff:** The staff keep to themselves—they simply "come and go" without interacting or checking in on guests. Do not expect any hospitality or assistance during your stay.
**Crucial Tip Before You Book:**
There is **no elevator** in this building. We had to haul our heavy suitcases up to the 3rd floor by ourselves. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, keep this in mind.
> **Final Verdict:** Perfect for independent, budget-conscious travelers who just need a bed near the subway. Pack light, and don't expect anyone to clean up after you!
