    it's very near the Kyoto station, like 5-10 mins slow walk. there are neaby convenience stores too. they have free tea, coffee and water in the reception area, coin-laundry and complete bath essentials like shampoo and facial wash! the only con for us is that- there's not enough space to open 2 large luggage at the same time, so you can only open 1 at a time. overall, it's a nice place ^^

    A convenient location and clean room. Although not every staff speaks English, they do try their best to communicate well with us and has been very helpful. We even got the hotel to deliver our luggages to Narita while we travel super light to Kawaguchiko.

    Our family of four booked the family room for 2 nights. LOCATION: The place is a short walk from Kyoto Station and walking distance to Kyoto Avanti. LUGGAGE KEEPING: We arrived before check-in and were able to leave our luggage. We also had our baggage kept after check-out. The front desk during both experiences (male staff during check-in, female staff during check-out) were helpful and kind. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in itself was quick and easy, and the accommodation tax was paid directly to the machine. Check-out was also very quick, we only had to feed the room keys to the machine. ROOM: The room had four beds (3 regularly in the room and 1 added bed). While the photos may make the room seem small it was quite spacious and could fit us and our baggages comfortably (4 regular sized luggage, 1 cabin sized luggage, and 4-5 backpacks and large handbags). The bathroom was also clean and had complete towels for all of us, their shampoo, conditioner, body wash were citrus scented, and we were able to get other amenities at the lobby. We were initially provided with 3 slippers but were quickly provided with an additional one. We also asked for towel replacement for the 2nd day, and it was a quick and easy task following the instructions they gave. We also received 4 complementary water bottles. LAUNDRY: My sister also used the laundry machine. She didn't have a hard time operating the machines but the dryer wasn't getting hot enough so the clothes weren't able to fully dry even after 3 cycle. In the end we had the clothes finish drying in the room. SUGGESTION: If there had to be a suggestion, maybe having rope that tied the bags together would be nice. When we dropped our bags we were guided to a side and given a number, and a number was also placed on top of our bags. So it was a matter of trust with the staff and other guests.
