    Best ambience, best staff, best service, but kindly improve the food taste. Else it's a worth experience in winter+chalet+pool+bonfire. Even all the wonderful places are near the resort. Overall Nice experience.

    In general i used to prefer other booking apps and first time gave chance to agoda, experience was bad. Cleanliness was poor even after asking no hotel staff came to clean. Hairs came in food - Upma image attached. Bathroom seat was broken and TV HDMI cable was also
