    Location is close to venna lake. Staff are friendly special mention to Mr. Moore in restaurant. Food is delicious- mutton handi made with fresh an tender pieces. Room are well cleanly maintained.

    We booked 2 cottages for 2 couples, and unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The resort is located in an area with virtually no mobile network coverage, which would be understandable for a remote location. However, the Wi-Fi was extremely poor and practically unusable, leaving us with no reliable way to stay connected. The cleanliness was also a major concern. The bedsheets and pillow covers had a strong, unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Basic hygiene should be a priority for any accommodation. Another major issue was the outdoor view of the cottages. The actual surroundings/views did not match what was shown in the booking photos, which gave us the impression that the photos may be misleading or not representative of the actual property. The breakfast was very disappointing as well. The sambhar was excessively sour and practically inedible. Even though we had only a small booking, the resort did not have enough utensils available, which was surprising and inconvenient. Overall, considering the price and expectations created by the listing, this property did not deliver a satisfactory experience. I would not recommend booking this resort, especially if cleanliness, reliable connectivity, food quality, and accurate property photos are important to you.
