    Went there with 4 other friends. Location was good, near many attractions and there is a very famous yogurt drink store just below the hotel. Staff were super helpful and friendly. They even had a laundry room for you to wash your dirty laundry

    I clearly indicated in my Agoda booking that we would arrive late, around 1:00 AM on 18 November, and even booked an extra night on 17 November specifically to ensure we could check in immediately after our flight. Despite this, when we arrived at the hotel, we were shocked to find a notice stating that the lifts were under maintenance from 1:00 AM to 3:30 AM—with no alternative access provided for guests. Neither the hotel nor Agoda informed me of this in advance. As a result, we were left stranded outside in the cold for over two hours, unable to check in or even reach the reception. This was extremely uncomfortable and completely unacceptable, especially given that this entire situation could have been avoided with proper communication. We finally managed to check in close to 4:00 AM once the lifts were working again. Although we were given a room upgrade, it did not make up for the unnecessary stress, exhaustion, and inconvenience we experienced. Overall, the lack of transparency and basic courtesy was very disappointing. I hope the hotel and Agoda improve their communication, as no guest should have to go through this.
