Noisy boiler.

Clean. Nice room.

Room 1 next to boiler room. Kept awake by expanding and contracting boiler. Would recommend only letting this room in warm weather when heating isn't needed.

Good last minute stay

Basic rooms, clean. Easy to get into the property, host was welcoming

We had use of the kitchen facilities but host left the surfaces a little messy. The weeds as you went down the steps of the property could of been cleared

A nice relaxing time with minimal disturbance

It was a nice place with rules well laid out, and clean facilities. I could also hear the sound of birds coming from outside. The host was also very patient and helpful with things.

I would’ve appreciated it if there was a hook in the bathroom to hang my clothes/towel up for when I took showers.

It was amazing!

Emmanuel was very kind and allowed us to drop our bags off and use the facilities early to prepare for our event! The space was very clean and it was very comforting.

I would definitely stay here again

I couldnt find the key lockbox on arrival but owner could not have been more welcoming . He appeared 5 mins later to help me. Bed was super comfortable (I have musculo skeletal pain issues and I need not have worried). Tea, coffee, fridge , cups, crockery and cutlery available if washed up after using. Strict no eating upstairs but all of downstairs was open to guests. It was wonderfully quiet. I wasn't disturbed by noise of other guests. All scrupulously clean and beautifully presented..

The curtains in my room let in too much light which made it hard to sleep, they need blackout fabric stitching into them. The bedside lamps had no on off switch, one of them had no bulb.

Very homely environment, calm and quiet most of the time.

The walls were quiet thin which meant that one of the nights we were awoken by moans/rocking noises next door.

Not really 43 quid was too much for such a small room. Only one bed and a TV no space for your clothes. Would ot pay more than 25 quid for such a small room. But I made a mistake once I won't do it again.

Uitstekend. Voelde mij er thuis.

Had maar één angst tijdens mijn verblijf van zeven weken: vingerafdrukken achterlaten op de deurknop. Zó schoon is het er. Emmanuel is een voortreffelijke en vriendelijke gastheer. Het voelde al na een paar dagen echt als een 'home away from home'.

Absoluut niet de schuld van Rowan House maar er is weinig te doen in de directe omgeving en in het donker oversteken als voetganger is er een uitdaging.

Me gustó todo del alojamiento. Nos sentimos muy cómodos, ya que las instalaciones eran perfectas y el anfitrión fue un 10, Rowan es encantador, estuvo pendiente en todo momento de que nos sintiéramos a gusto, fue muy servicial. Lo recomendaría sin duda.
