Complete Disappointment
Would be nice for summer but absolutely not ideal for winter! We had 2 electricity cuts in 2 days, apartment is cold, communication with the owner of the property is poor, I even felt like scammed as I couldn’t get support at arrival. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, the construction of the bed in the second floor was shaking, there were not enough duvets…overall a big disappointment as it was not a winter equipped property. Would be awesome in summer but I can’t rate it with my given experience.

Pratique et fonctionnel (séjour de 2 nuits basse saison)
Bon emplacement (proche autoroute et route principale mais sans nuisance), beaucoup de marches jusqu'au Lungomare Europa (un peu sportif le chemin), facile à trouver grâce aux explications détaillées fournies (avec vidéos). Contact actif et bienveillant de la part de l'équipe gérante, très disponible. Parking en face gratuit (pas de problème de place mais j'y suis allée en novembre) avec des gens qui passent juste à côté des grandes fenêtres (pour un peu d'intimité il faut utiliser les rideaux occultants). Appartement propre, équipé, draps et linges de bain fourni. Lit futon sympa, canapé-lit pas très confortable. Chauffage assez bruyant et nécessaire en novembre car à l'intérieur il fait assez froid malgré les belles journées. Le chauffe-eau donne assez d'eau chaude pour 2 douches courtes, la 3ème personne a dû sortir plus vite. Je n'ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner le Wi-Fi avec le QR-code mais je n'ai pas cherché de résoudre le problème. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour 2 nuits en basse saison.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di gennaio, purtroppo la casa è risultata davvero fredda nonostante la pompa di calore presente e utilizzata
