About this house rental

Two-room apartment inserted in a period building, with a communal garden, consisting of a bedroom with the possibility of 3 single beds, lounge / dining room with a double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom, large covered terrace where you can have lunch.

Wir waren zu dritt für 5 Nächte in Varazze im Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, hat aber alles was man braucht. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Luftmatratze und genügend Geschirr und Töpfe. Mit 5 Personen kann es allerdings sehr eng werden. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es 2 Betten. Aus dem einen Bett kann man noch eine zusätzliche Matratze ausfahren und im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Schlafsofa auf dem 2 Personen schlafen können. Die Vermieterin Patrizia hat uns auf Englisch hervorragend bis zur Ankunft betreut und alle Fragen beantwortet. Auch als wir das Tor zum Eingang der Häuser nicht gleich gefunden haben, konnten, lotste sie uns via Telefon zu Signora Antoinetta die uns den Schlüssel übergab. Signora Antoinetta spricht allerdings nur italienisch. Sie war aber ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Wenn während des Urlaubs Fragen entstehen, kann man die beiden Damen jederzeit anrufen. Wir vermuten, dass vor uns eine längere Zeit niemand in der Wohnung war. Bevor wir das Geschirr benutzen konnten mussten wir es einmal spülen und auch sonst kleinere Reinigungen an der Wohnung vornehmen. Aber alles kein Problem und sicher auch sehr individuell zu beurteilen. Die Terrasse ist das Beste an der ganzen Wohnung. Sie ist nicht nur groß, sondern auch mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Abends, wenn die Autos nicht mehr fahren, hört man das Meer rauschen und man kann sich dort zu jeder Tageszeit aufhalten, dank der großen Markise. Am (Kies-)Strand gibt es eine Vielzahl von privatisieren Stränden, an denen man Liegen mieten kann. Der kürzeste Weg zum Strand ist allerdings ein freier Bereich. Wenn man also keine Liege braucht, muss man auch nichts bezahlen. Die Straße runter gibt es einen kleinen Kiosk, der Inhaber verleiht nicht nur Fahrräder, sondern gibt auch viele Tipps für alles was man so in der Umgebung machen kann. Wir haben die Zeit in Varazze sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit bei euch!
