Ver cean, well-equipped, and conveniently located.

We loved the location. The apartment is situated on the outskirts of Varazze, with a beautiful sea view. It’s quiet and peaceful, yet easily accessible by car. The apartment was impeccably clean. The only thing missing was a fan, but we quickly realized it wasn’t necessary — the apartment stayed quite cool, and we could just open the windows for airflow. The host was very kind and responded immediately when the power went out. The view from the small balcony was absolutely lovely.

As I mentioned, a fan could be useful during a heatwave. Perhaps some softer chairs on the balcony would be nice, too?

La vista dal balcone , tranquillità del posto

Nell appartamento non erano presenti prese x la corrente e quelle presenti non erano facilmente raggiungibili. L annuncio indicava presenza di un divano letto e anche dalle foto, in loco invece era inutilizzabile e l assistenza non è stata x nulla collaborativa , anzi prima ci aveva detto che era rotto poi contattata da booking ha detto che era un po' duro ma che funzionava, morale due adulti hanno dovuto dormire con materassi dei letti a castello ( corti x bambini) x terra! Mai più ci torneremo e non lo consigliamo! Gli accessori cucina non erano x nulla puliti. X fortuna erano solo due notti !!!

Semplicità, pulizia, e tanto tanto mare negli occhi!

Appartamento molto bello, pulizia impeccabile, presenza di tutto ciò che serve per fare il caffè, caffè compreso, per cucinare, per dormire comodamente. Arredi moderni e praticamente nuovi, infissi con doppi vetri, zanzariere, frigo e congelatore classe a+ silenziosissimo, lavatrice, ferro da stiro etc, non manca nulla. Posizione con vista incantevole dal terrazzino tant’è che abbiamo preferito cenare li con prelibatezze liguri acquistate nella vicina Cogoleto raggiungibile anche con una meravigliosa passeggiata in rva al mare seguuendo il vecchio percorso ferroviario. Piccola chicca la vicinanza (500 m ca) dell’autogrill autostradale con accesso pedonale dalla statale aperto 24h. Consiglio il posto a tutti.

Unica piccola pecca nel bel bagno, la mancanza di una mensolina portasapone nella doccia e di un appendi asciugamani.

Weekend rilassante

Weekend con il mio compagno ed il nostro 4 zampe. Appartamento in zona residenziale, molto bello confortevole e tranquillo. Materasso camera da letto comodissimo così come il divano 3 posti presente nel soggiorno. Pulito e con splendida vista mare. Presente un balconcino con tavolino e due sedie ideale tempo permettendo per mangiare fuori. L' host poiché sul ballatoio erano presenti tavole di legno per ristrutturazione pavimentazione ci ha fatto trovare dell' ottima focaccia varazzese. Host molto disponibile.

Casa a Varazze..Savona e Genova a portata di mano in pochi minuti..

Ottima posizione ...tranquilla ..non si sente l autostrada eppure l appartamento è vicino. Ottimo check in e check out comodo con chiavi sempre disponibili.
