Запах кошачьей мочи в квартире, особенно в ванной, на территории урбанизации живут коты, матрас на кровати с продавленным местом, огромная «яма» в нем, холодная квартира, кондиционер гчень плохо работает, очень долго идти от парковки до этого апартамента, в ванной был таракан, нет ощущения чистоты и порядка, стены потресканные, грязные
