WiFi wasn’t the quickest, and most of the keys provided weren’t needed which made it confusing

Overall the property was good.

Balcony and pool.

Could have been cleaner. Kettle didn’t not work from the moment we arrived.Requested another one which didn’t arrive until the day before we were leaving. This kettle worked but was damaged and looking at the box had been dropped before delivery. The contact number in the owners handbook for Any issues was two years out of date !! We had to call out someone from Room Services Late on the Saturday night who then called a locksmith and fixed the problem. To her credit the lady who came on behalf of Room services was extremely efficient and solved the problem as quickly as was possible. She was also very polite and helpful.

Great apartment

I loved the room in the apartment it was spacious, and the balcony was huge and nice to sit out there. It was modern and clean. The complex seemed nice, and we felt safe. I liked the wine fridge and the fact there was lots of space for clothes.

One of the shower heads kept falling down. Therefore, we had to all use the same shower, which took longer to get ready. I am happy to clean and strip the bed. I have never been anywhere where you have to take your bin down the street, though. I always have been asked to leave bins in the porch. I didn't like that it took time to find a bin. We were not given much toliet roll.

Overall a good stay - 2 great swimming pools. 1 for kids. 1 for adults.

Location was great, very close to Puerto Banus. Apartment was good and had good literature from the host on nearby restaurants etc.

No locks on the toilets which we couldn't understand?
