I liked the location. Not far from the parks and lots of stores close by.
What I didn't like was that there was a little smell to my place. Not bad like the carpet needs a good cleaning or be replaced. I also saw a few little bugs/ants in bathroom next to the kitchen and in the kitchen. Wasn't a lot to freak out over.

Location. Price. Convenience.
The whirlpool tub in the primary bedroom was awkward. Could be better use of space. The second bathroom needs deep cleaning and maintenance.

Good location. The pool was fun. Although the staff sometimes let my child go on the slide and some said no to him because he barely made the height requirement. It was unfortunate to allow his hopes up to ride 1 day and not the rest
The room was very outdated. The sofa is extremely dirty to the point of making my daughter itch and develop a rash. Shower door kept having to be forced shut and from the inside we would be locked in, someone had to open it from the outside. It felt like we were going to break the glass. The drawers were needed to be shut with force. We continuously had to replace our key downstairs because it would stop working. This happened more then 3 times
