My family and I were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the room was. We’ve rented at enough different types of locations where he don’t always expect the room to match the pictures and in this case, I think the room actually exceeded the pictures. Everything was very clean. You had everything you needed to stay for a few days like toiletries, kitchen supplies. And the location was pretty good because we were able to get to a lot of different places in Orlando and short amount of time. I would definitely stay here again.

Not as advertised. The listing is managed by the resort rather than an individual owner, and the room we received did not match the photos. One of the pictures is of a balcony on a high floor, but our room was on the second floor and felt very outdated. The resort was nice enough to allow us to switch rooms, and the second one on the eighth floor was somewhat better. It seemed cleaner, but still dated, with worn and mismatched furniture.We had issues with the locks for both rooms, typc needing 5 or 6 swipes for the key to register. Additionally, we were disappointed that the TVs did not support streaming, which is fairly standard nowadays. Most were not smart TVs, and even the one that was couldn’t access streaming services due to the simplified universal remotes provided.
