This was my third year in a row staying at Lake Buena Vista Resort. Staying at this particular property was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The proximity to Disney Springs, ESPN World (for my granddaughter's Cheerleading Competition) and Universal Studios, as well as grocery shopping and restaurants, makes this a wonderful place to stay. The pool is very clean and easy to access. Communication with Sergio was always prompt and friendly!The only issue I had was with the TV remotes not working properly. The living room and smaller bedroom remotes had to be used for both TV's in order for 1 to work.

The unit itself met our needs. Sergio and Gary were fast to respond to our inquiries. With that being said — housekeeping is *definitely* an issue. There were dirty marks on the blind pulls, we found a piece of glass on the kitchen floor, stains all over couch and dining chairs, hair on “clean plates” in the cabinet, the dryer was full of lint, and I am sure it’s been a hot minute since the tub jets have been used but the bathtub looked icky. The kitchen could definitely use some more items - they supply you with the tiniest garbage can but 2 full sized trash bags, 2 dishwasher pucks (we purchased a bag of them and left them there for future use), and an ancient bottle of dish soap. My guess is a lot of people used and abused this updated unit as there were signs to not touch or move decor everywhere. The beds were comfortable and having a washer and dryer came in handy. The supplied key cards did not work to open anything and the internet only worked for half the time. The pool was a hit with our kiddos, the beds were comfortable and the location was fantastic. We never had an issue finding parking in the evening and we felt safe even though it is not a gated property.

Pool was great. Locations was great for where we were visiting. Parking was great. Dinning and shopping near by. Condo was decorated nice and comfortable. The only thing I had an issue with was the sheets on our beds was some type of linen, scratchy and not soft at all. Refrigerator had an ice and water dispenser but it did not work.

Love the location and the amount of space we had. Only issue was the cleanliness. Place needs a good deep cleaning. The tub and shower were dirty and strands of hair was everywhere, even in the folded towels. Stains were also on the couch. Felt like a real cleaning was not done between guest. Did not feel comfortable laying in the sheets because of it so I took my chances on the couch.
