Maison à éviter

Emplacement parfait

Maison presque vide. Pas de nécessaire pour la cuisine. Plaque à induction et poeles non adaptées et très sales. Linge de lit limite. Douches tellement sales qu'il vaut mieux éviter. Pas de produit vaisselle, et bien d'autres choses qui manquent.

Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen. Maar mag wel wat meer onderhoud aan gedaan worden en een en ander vervangen!

Buitenkeuken en de grote ruimte erom heen.

Keuken en huiskamer op bovenste verdieping, erg onhandig, nu niet erg, wij hebben alleen de buitenkeuken gebruikt, omdat het weer fantastisch was. Kraan jacuzzi kapot en sommige matrassen helemaal doorgezakt, en de dekbedden niet schoon!

Buena semana en grupo

Es un casoplón, hemos estado muy agusto, pero faltan detalles, por ejemplo, una cortina rota, una tapa de un baño roto, cubertería un poco a medio gas.. Por lo demás bien, tuvimos un problema con el agua de la piscina y nos lo arreglaron pronto, eso sí, los bañadores han acabado amarillos.

Falta de detalles para que la casa estuviera perfecta pero ha estado todo bien en general.

La ubicación. La casa preciosa, el bosque de al lado, la piscina, la sombra del porche. Una pasada.

No había ciertos utensilios como jabón, champú, jamón de platos, estropajos, bolsas de basura. Ciertos utensilios que hubiera agradecido.

Apartamento de lujo en el exterior de Calpe

Hay que partir de la premisa que el apartamento es impresionante. Es un casoplón, con piscina, 4 habitaciones, y espacio de sobra. Sobran metros por todos los lados :-) El dueño de la casa muy amable y atento, nos ayudó incluso para recuperar un pijama que nos dejamos sin darnos cuenta al irnos.

Ojo, este comentario no es del tipo "no me gustó", es hacer una matización para que nadie se lleve a sorpresa. El apartamento permite hacer el 100% de vida en él, ya que tienes piscina, barbacoa y espacio para hacer de todo. Pero, está fuera de todo. Se necesita coche para cualquier gestión, sea la que sea y para ir a la playa, la más cercana, es la de Calpe y son unos 10 minutos en coche. Si la idea es irte a la playa, has de ser consciente de eso. Si tu idea es disfrutar del apartamento y menos de la playa o alrededores, es un destino top.

En general la casa nos gustó, tal vez la zona de la piscina con la cocina exterior fué lo mejor, es donde mas tiempo hemos pasado y la verdad que muy bien.
