A month of fun and peace in Banj, Croatia
This is truly the most comfortable, private, clean, and beautiful place to stay on the island. We stayed here a month. The pool is immaculate and there were always little surprises like badminton sets. Now I wish we had rented the place for the entire summer. It's not just perfect rooms. The hosts are kind, professional and are there when you need them, though everything is so well maintained you really never need them for anything. Like little fairies must come at night or something and tidy the little garden? I also think the photos don't do this place justice. There was more space than we anticipated. Coming from the US but also being Croatian there are some things we brace ourselves for, like worrying about places advertising AC but not having a good one. The AC is perfect here. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedding was clean and pretty, and the parking is in the shade by olive trees. So pretty. The pool ladder is stable, the shower outside the pool has warm water, and there's even an umbrella that lends a little shade to one edge of the pool if you want. I loved the big beds and nice, large closets. The location is great, and you will feel safe at night. It's just so peaceful. I think I had forgotten what a good night's sleep was. I would definitely stay here with my family again.
Booking always asks what we didn't like. Honestly I was just so sad to be leaving. We should have booked a longer stay.
