Olive Grove Hideaway on Pasman Island

House Motar is located on the south side of the island of Pašman in an olive grove of 3000m2. The island of Pašman is only a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru. This island is an excellent destination for all who enjoy water sports. In addition, there are hiking, biking and trekking trails on the island, which are passing near this house and along which you can find various types of Mediterranean herbs and spices - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. The building consists of two separate apartments (each of 60m2), one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, each with two double bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining room and a living room with TV and WLan internet, a bathroom, and a spacious and furnished balcony, but the holiday home is only rented as a whole. Both kitchens contain cutlery and crockery, a gas stove and a refrigerator (170 l) with a freezer. The kitchen on the ground floor has an oven and a stovetop with 4 burners, while the upstairs kitchen has a stovetop with 2 burners and no oven. There is a bathroom with a shower on each floor. In the yard there is also a barbecue, an outdoor shower and 6 deckchairs. The house can be reached by car on an improvised road, over the hill. These improvised roads can be significantly damaged due to bad weather (rain, hail, wind), and therefore careful and slow driving is definitely required. The house is fully accessible by car, parking is free of charge. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. Running cold water from a tank with a volume of 20,000 l is installed in the kitchen and in both bathrooms. Hot water for showering is available only in the outdoor shower, and is warmed up by the warmth of the sun. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, if you want to use it for drinking, it is necessary to boil it beforehand. Therefore, most guests decide to buy bottled water. The water directly from the tank is fine for cooking and washing. Electricity of 220V is solar powered. It is not allowed to bring and use your own electrical devices, except for cell phone / laptop battery chargers. Fresh bed linen and towels are prepared and fresh ones are made available after each week of stay. Beach towels are not offered. Bring your mobile phone with you, so that you can contact us in case of need. You can charge the mobile phone at home with your usual mobile phone charger for household use. Renting a motor boat is possible, upon request, with the condition that the guest must have a boat driving license valid on open waters. We recommend coming to our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning until early afternoon, because it is difficult to get to the house at night.
