Does the job, but not great.

Good Location and looks good from the outside.

The couch/sofa was solid (uncomfortable) The beds are super soft, but pillows are solid (uncomfortable). Shoddy finishes on woodwork, paintwork and just general interior. Seems like a property developer has bought this house and tried to quickly do all the repairs before renting/letting through an agency.

Ok place but for the price can get a lot better.

Location, nice and clean

No instructions for appliances had to goggle how to use the hob as it auto locks. High fridge freezer no good if your short. Even with turning the boiler on water was just warm. No instructions for what goes in what bin (lucky was visiting family who live up here). For the cost was just a bit poor.

Recommended property. Good value for money

Clean, tidy, exactly per the description. Everything modern and worked. Bus stop to city centre just one minute walk away. Convenience store round the corner and friendly pub really close. We visited to go to the Stadium of Light and the bus dropped us close by. Good value for money.

The bedrooms were very light in the morning as there were only Venetian blinds at the window. Bring an eye mask!

Bed mattresses would need investing to as that’s the only thing that lets the property down in my opinion When raised a query during our stay, a person of staff showed up and entered the property without asking permission or knocking.

good communication from host, close to sunderland, quiet street

There was an overpowering smell of cigarettes in the property which we realised was coming from the kitchen bin. There was a dangerous step on the staircase that was a massive trip hazard. Would of been nice to have seat in garden so it could be used.

Great value for money and a lovely house!

It was modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. It isn’t walking distance to the city or football stadium but was only a short Uber ride.

The only slight issue was that we were only given one towel each and there were no hand towels in either bathroom.
