Clean, tidy, exactly per the description. Everything modern and worked. Bus stop to city centre just one minute walk away. Convenience store round the corner and friendly pub really close. We visited to go to the Stadium of Light and the bus dropped us close by. Good value for money.
The bedrooms were very light in the morning as there were only Venetian blinds at the window. Bring an eye mask!

Good Location and looks good from the outside.
The couch/sofa was solid (uncomfortable) The beds are super soft, but pillows are solid (uncomfortable). Shoddy finishes on woodwork, paintwork and just general interior. Seems like a property developer has bought this house and tried to quickly do all the repairs before renting/letting through an agency.
