Room was clean and stocked appropriately with good wifi, good bed, toilet paper, soap, filtered water, pots, pans and utensils. Owner was extremely accommodating with my on-site payment. Building is in a good location and has helpful security guards. All-in-all, a very good experience.
Was a little confusing in knowing what to expect as no entry information was provided beforehand, but owner was responsive via email so I could at least arrive at the correct place. Entering still went smoothly as the owner clearly has a system arranged.
Space is VERY small, so only good for one person. The one window (facing the interior space only) was left open for air circulation, but that allowed mosquites in and I was bitten five times the first night. Second night was ok as I had killed the few mosquitos inside and just kept the window closed.
