We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The property is beautiful, with spacious rooms and excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms, which is very comfortable in this climate. The swimming pool is lovely and well maintained, just like the rest of the villa, and the cleaning was excellent.
The location is ideal. It is quiet and away from the crowds, yet you can easily reach the beach or boulevard with a short Grab ride. It is also a perfect place for families with children.
What really stood out to us was the service. A broken parasol was replaced with a brand new one within two days, and when the water bottle was empty, it was resolved within 15 minutes. That truly gives a luxurious feeling.
If we have to mention one small point for improvement, there is limited outdoor seating besides the sunbeds. We ended up using the chairs from inside to sit outside comfortably.

This spacious villa offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff is always ready to assist you.
The address was a bit tricky to find, but the location is still convenient in West Sanur.

By the time we arrived at the villa, an exceptional downpour had flooded the garden but also the surroundings. We couldn't get out of the house without a car. Without much ado the manager offered us an upgrade to another more luxurious villa at no charge. Thank you Mr Artur !

Location not too bad. Could walk to Sanur shops in about 20mins. Or short Gojek ride in a few minutes.
