Coming back to a clean and comfortable place after a long working day felt very good.

Location, cleanliness, ease of check-in, AC and internet. Infact room was quite nicely outfitted. Ideal for longer stay.

The accomodation is located next to a subway station. The room was well equiped and the airconditioning was perfect. I would book here again.

Perfect for traveling in Milan

The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the shower and bathroom were perfect. The location aswell was perfect - 10 minute walk from either metro line, which took you directly into Milan Central. Perfect

My only problem was the heat of the room, that was all, the ac worked fine but due to the heat I outside I think it became very difficult to cool the full room down

Close to station, room equipped with kitchen and washing machine, WiFi signal good

It’s clean only for arrival date then you have to deal with garbage and wash your towels by your own so not ideal for long stay. Noise from street and quite far from city

Bed, one side was good but the other half was bottomed down. Neighborhood is a bit shady. People or nearby shops doing some kind of logistic or dumping work during the early morning. Very noisy.

The room was veey clean and you have everything you need in one room

The air conditioner did not work. When I arrived, it was very hot and I thought that the AC will ciol the room, but it wasn t like this. Beside this you can hear all the noise from the street. I slept only 3 hours that night. I talked with the person that gave the room s key to change the room, but he told me that if rhe AC is working it w ont change the room. I could risk one mote night in there so I left to another hotel. After I told that I left, I was told that I can change the room. When I asket to receive the money back, I was told that the reservation cannot be cancel, which I don t believe. Be aware that the comments that tells that the room is quiet are not true. Beside this, I think that im the room, above the bed it was a camera. I have photos.

Exceptional

The place is brand-new and super clean. I had the feeling I was the first guest. It's a two-minute walk from the Metro station. There's everything you need: mini stove, fridge even a washing machine. Super friendly staff.

Studio très propre et moderne. Parfaitement agencé. A 50 mètres de l'arrêt du métro ( ligne M2, 6 arrêts de la gare centrale). Wi Fi excellent. Quartier calme, au besoin à 5 minutes à pieds, grand super marché et petites boutiques. Contact par WhatsApp à l'arrivée pour la récupération des clefs, top.

Апартаменты, с потенциалом к улучшению.

В номере было все необходимое: холодильник, микроволновая печь, электроплитка, посуда, кофейный капсульный автомат с капсулами и сахаром, столовая посуда, кастрюли, сковородка, столовые приборы, моющее средство и губка для посуды, достаточно шкафов, постель, полотенца, душ, туалет. Чисто. Заселение и выселение - самостоятельное, что имеет, как плюсы, так и минусы. Рядом станция метро и недалеко есть продовольственные магазины. Апартаменты могу рекомендовать для кратковременного проживания, если не испугают минусы описанные ниже.

Первое, что заставило нервничать - это процедура регистрации. Очень много персональных данных потребовали оставить на стороннем сервисе. На столько вопросов я еще ни в одном отеле мира не отвечал. Плюс загрузка копий паспортов. К тому же, налог за проживание нужно было не оставить в отеле наличными, как указанно в описании, а отдельно оплатить онлайн на какой то платформе. Все это заставляет заподозрить в попытке кражи персональных данных. И если что то произойдет с моим счетом, то первое подозрение падет на хозяина апартаментов. Так что, если мои подозрения безосновательны, то рекомендую хозяину пересмотреть условия регистрации жильцов и оплаты сбора. Также, доставила неудобство плохая конструкция слива в унитазе, которая создает низкий напор воды. Очень тяжело было настроить температуру воды в душе, плохая звукоизоляция окон и шум на улице. Не работали батареи и мы не нашли пульт от кондиционера. Электрическая розетка есть только с одной стороны кровати, что затрудняет зарядку телефона во время сна второму человеку. Все это было не критично, но я считаю, что нужно на этом заострить внимание хозяина.

駅から遠い。1番近くの最寄駅が動いてなくて、徒歩15分程度かかる点。アパートなので、荷物預かり等はない。長く滞在するならいいかも。

Camera accogliente con ottima privacy e cucina attrezzata di tutto. Molto spazio dove mettere le proprie cose. Nonostante il caldo l'aria condizionata permetteva in pochi minuti di avere la temperatura ideale. Ho trovato tutti gli elettrodomestici tenuti con cura.

Direkt gegenüber ist eine Metrostation und ein Stück die Straße runter ein großer Supermarkt.

Está literalmente en frente de una estación de metro, pero la estación va a cerrar por obras próximamente. La zona no tenía demasiadas cosas que hacer. ale apartamento estaba bien.

Dat er niemand was die Engels sprak. Als 70 jarige had ik ook moeite om binnn te komen in het gebouw en in mijn kamer: codes waren nodig.

Proximité du métro, proximité des commerces et des restaurants.

Lit sans alèse, avec un drap trop court, résultat, on se réveille systématiquement sur le matelas. La manette des toilettes qui ne tient plus fermée. Le propriétaire n'a jamais envoyé de technicien. Le bouton pour lever le volet ne répond plus très bien et il faut le bouger dans tous les sens pour qu'il agisse. Le ménage est très approximatif (il y a un marqueur qui traîne devant le placard, et c'est sale derrière le lit côté mur. Le propriétaire n'est jamais venu. Le seul contact qu'on a eu est par wath'sapp pour avoir le code de la boîte à clé. La. Photo est trompeuse : elle montre un lit double, mais dans la réalité, nous n'avions qu'un lit de 90.

Muy cómodo, volveríamos :)

Espacio muy cómodo y moderno para dos personas. El baño es espacioso, limpio y cuenta con toallas. La cocina tiene implementos básicos. En nuestro caso la usamos para desayunos y cumple. Esta a pasos del metro. No es caminable a lugares turísticos por lo que debes considerar unos 30 minutos de trayecto.
