Posizione con buona vista sul mare (specialmente al mattino), parcheggio privato riservato e recintato, ambiente curato e pulito dotato di tutti confort necessari ed il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.
L'appartamento ha una scarsa ventilazione in quanto è un seminterrato senza finestre e si sente un odore molto pungente di muffa da umidità (specialmente in bagno).

Sehr geräumiges schönes Appartment, eigener Parkplatz, Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer, problemloser Check-in und Check-out, wir haben es sehr gut gefunden.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben kein Fenster, aber die Wohnung ist klimatisiert.
