Perfect Family stay, next time we will stay longer
We had a lovely stay at Franca's dream, the host was able to accommodate us on short notice, on Christmas eve for our first ever night in Italy, she was patient with us while we got lost and arrived later than agreed. The rooms was perfect for us and our 2 small kids, who loved the fact that they could watch netflix
All good, we were happy, the only negative was the weather, but the accommodation was perfect.

Good to see Bellagio
The location was good and had parking
There was a fault with the hot water system which required you to go outside to the gas meter to switch back on mid shower. This also meant No heating in the apartment. The host told us this once we checked in

The balcony was great for morning breakfast. Bus stop was 3 minutes away to the centre or 20 mins walk. Have a small shop open for food Beach was not far Instructions to get there is simple Laundry facilities were great

Quick communication with the host. There is everything needed in the appartment. And it’s about 20 minute walk to the center along the lake, which is very enjoyable.

The distance to the town of Bellagio and the private beach was great! The property was large and had great views with decent privacy.
The shower had poor pressure and needs replacing, there was a smell of gas at times in the kitchen.

Bellagio
Everything was as described. Location was 20 minutes walk from Bellagio center. Bus stop was 3 minutes walk from the appartment and shop was located about 10 minutes walk from the appartment (closed on mondays). Overall good place to stay.
The check in was not flexible. We were not able to check in after 19.00 so we had to change our plans.
