The flat is in a great location, right by the walking path and just a short distance to Brancaster Beach. We really enjoyed visiting Holkham Estate. The apartment was very well appointed, especially the kitchen. Instructions on using the appliances and amenities at the property were easy to understand. The beds were comfortable. The heating and hot water systems worked well. Parking was easy. The WiFi worked quite well. We also appreciated the welcome pack with jam, butter, milk, cookies, and fresh local bread - a nice treat. We would come back again.
Everything was great overall, although condensation on the interior face of the old windows wasn't ideal. Also the shower door was a bit off track and looked like it needs to be repaired - should be an easy fix.

Well present very spacious clean apartment with everything we needed, the welcome pack was much appreciated
