In the heart of Brancaster a small village in North Norfolk is Marshside a newly refurbished property of the highest quality. It's a deceptively large mid terrace house within walking distance to the beach and saltmarsh's.
Inside you will find 3 reception rooms with living room, dining room and conservatory so plenty of space to chill out and relax.
Upstairs are three bedroom of which one is king size, 1 double and 1 set of bunk beds and there is also a toilet upstairs.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook including a dishwasher and microwave.
The downstairs bathroom has a shower over the bath and is all brand new.
The garden opposite is dog secure as is the back garden and you can park on the front driveway or garden opposite.
Brancaster is a sort after location renowned for it's highly rated beach a massive expanse of sand that rarely feels crowded, even during peak summer months. There is a snack kiosk and public toilets at the entrance and parking.
Royal West Norfolk Golf Club (Brancaster) is celebrated as one of the best links courses in the UK. Nationally, it ranks within the top 15 in England and the top 35 across the UK and Ireland. As it's so popular only two-balls are allowed to keep the pace up.
Down the road from the house (approx 50 yds) is the local park offering a tennis court, table tennis and French Boules along with a playground for young children and plenty of space to play football.
There is a set of tennis rackets and table tennis bats and balls in the house and games and books in the cupboard near the TV.
