Location, layout of property, kitchen facilities and amount of crockery and utensils. As a family it was great having two bathrooms and a separate toilet.

Cleaning needs to be deeper, the high chair was filthy and had to be cleaned before it could be used, dust and fluff behind the settee was terrible, we noticed it when our small child pushed a toy under the settee.
