Very homely, with bundles of character, great location
Parking was limited, felt lucky to get a space to park
The 2 staircases was a little daunting trying to carry young children up and down (understand it's an old property) very steep stairs

A quirky little cottage.
The garden was a sun trap.
Well equipped kitchen.
Ideally situated for the places we wanted to visit.
Friendly neighbours.
The house felt unloved.
As a former landlady of a rental property I suspect there hadn't been a deep clean done this season. Whilst the house appeared superficially clean, there was dust underneath/behind the furniture. There was a cupboard beside the fireplace that was full of old paint pots and other long unused rubbish which smelt very damp and unpleasant.
The double bed mattress needs replacing. It was very uncomfortable.
The garden needed attention, the outside furniture was covered in spiderweb.
We thought the property was very expensive.
Not for us I'm afraid.
