It was a lovely condo. Everything was as promised and I liked the fact that they staff a front desk. I would definitely stay there again! Very positive experience!

The condo was fantastic! We have stayed in many rental units over the years and this was by far the best equipped kitchen we have every enjoyed: it had everything we needed to fix our meals and then some. The contact person (Ms. Gibson) was responsive, helpful and kind. The bed was comfortable with a selection of pillows to choose from. Instructions on the required parking pass were not clear. The Evolve management group sent the wrong access code so we did have a problem getting into the condo when we arrived, and the WiFi access info that was supposed to be in the unit was not provided, so I would suggest confirming all this information (building and condo access codes, etc.) before arrival. The building staff was somewhat indifferent and the gate to the beach would sometimes not unlock (which could be very problematic), all of which was out of the control of the condo owner.

The condo was very clean and nice. The view from our balcony was of the Gulf. It was amazing! The balcony on the front of condo was very nice. Being able to walk on the boardwalk and watch the sunset was absolutely breath taken. We did not walk out to the beach because it is sa long walk and my husband has had foot surgery recently. We went to the West End to sit in the beach. We would stay here again!
