About this house rental
A Dauphin Island house nestled in the trees with large sand dunes between the house and the Gulf of Mexico. This is a quiet street on the west end of the Island near the public beach.
It has 2 Bedrooms: #1 with a king size bed and #2 with two twin beds. One bath with a large garden tub and a separate shower. TV's and DVD's are in each bedroom and living room.
A full Kitchen,with granite counter tops, separate dining area, and a living room. Sliding glass doors open to a large balcony with room for grilling or dining.
We are licensed with the 'Town of Dauphin Island' and the State of Alabama.

Excellent location to everything on the island.Joys' Beach house has everything you need and we really enjoyed having our dogs hanging out with us on the porch.We had a great time.

Very nice! Didn't realize there was another rental property in the backyard so we did get a little scare when people pulled up and started walking under the porch to the backyard. Short walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed the wrap around porch but wasn’t aware there was a small rental directly behind our property which had guests.

The house is nice, and cozy. However to our surprise there was people going under the house. The cottage was booked most of our w week stay. Im sorry but that was invasive and no getting around it! The stairs go up to the back of the house! We never dreamed that people would be there and theres no privacy at all! We did our best to not make them feel awkwardly. The house itself was fine. A hottub would be nice! The silverware and kitchen utensils are cheap and very hard to cook with! I would say new pots and pans and nice silverware. The owner was nice enough, i would book again if suggestions were addressed.
