Overall the place was nice.
10.0 / 10.0
The Log Cabin A was charming, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's conveniently located near a laundromat, coffee shop, Dollar General, and a gas station—perfect for any immediate needs. While it's set a bit away from the main town and located on a main road, it still felt peaceful and quiet inside.
Note that there’s no dishwasher, so you'll need to wash dishes by hand—but the kitchen sink is spacious and manageable. Laundry facilities aren't available on the property, but the nearby laundromat makes it easy to take care of that when needed.
It's good to add coffee shop address instead the property address as the google map is taking you to some dead-end private property road.

The cabin had a mildew smell to it. The bedroom fan was broke and the blinds wouldn’t open. Definitely needs some cosmetic work done to it. Cabin location needs lights or something so the driveway is easy to see at night.

The cabin was beautiful and nicely decorated. There was so much room for me and my family to enjoy our stay comfortably. Close drive to downtown Gaitlynburg which was a plus for me😀. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It's was so peaceful.

Cabin is cute but STINKS of mildew. Mattresses and pillows are worn out—not comfortable at all.
We cut our stay short by 3 days cause smell so bad.
Plus no response from guest services when I called.

Cabin was nice and quiet ww enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I really had was only having one wash cloth for in the entire cabin for showering so we had to go buy our own . The second being you have no access to the washer and dryer due to it being behind locked doors which I feel if you going to list the cabin with a washer and dryer which a lot of renters look for you should know this cabin you do not have access to use them.

This cabin was a great place to stay for our trip to the Smokies! The western decor was cute, the large kitchen had plenty of space and utensils for cooking, and the furniture was so comfy. We slept way better than we would have in a hotel. It's also far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel secluded but close enough to Gatlinburg that you're not in the car forever. We had a great trip and would love to visit again!

My wife and I brought her parents and our granddaughter to Tennessee for a few days and this place was perfect. Only about 20 miles outside of Gatlinburg/25 miles to Pigeon Forge. We were able to go back and forth easily and without any traffic issues. The cabin itself is quaint and fit the 5 of us perfectly. The kitchen has almost everything you need. Could use some mixing bowls. Haha. We will definitely book this property for future trips to the area. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch in the swing and the rocking chairs. Only thing missing is a hot tub.

Really comfortable and cozy and clean. The back deck was very nice to sit and be calm. We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this cabin.

We absolutely loved staying in the cabin. No problems whatsoever. We came up for our Anniversary. The cabin was clean, stocked, etc upon arrival. We look forward to staying there again. The price was right and cheaper than others we had looked at. Thank you for letting us stay.

Positive: cabin was decorated in a weather motif pattern throughout. Evolve team was easy to work with when making reservations.
Negative: upon entry we were hit with the smell of mildew. Thought maybe due to being locked for a period of time, however found the upstairs air conditioner filter black mold. We cleaned throughout including opening doors, but the issue was more. If your family has any allergies this is not your place to stay! The washing machine was still broken. We checked out the second day and didn’t hear anything back from the evolve team or owner.

We were here to do literally nothing and the accommodations made that very possible relaxing was what we wanted and got

Cabin was clean and well appointed. The location was far enough out to provide privacy but not so far that traveling to restaurants and entertainment venues was not an issue.
I would recommend this unit to others asking for a place to stay.

The cabin was as expected in size. It was closer to the neighbors than it looks in the pictures, but it was very quiet and serene. The only complaints/issues I had was a weird odor inside the cabin (which could have been from being closed up) and the upstairs shower hadn’t been cleaned. The temperature was hard to regulate with the loft and location of the heater but the fireplace was helpful. Overall a very nice cabin and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay that is out of the way from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was close enough to get to everything quickly, but far enough to be a peaceful and quiet setting.

Great location. Good wi-fi. Good A/C and fireplace. Cute cabin with everything we needed. There were just two of us though. Had there been a third person it would have felt cramped.

We saw the photos but didn’t expect what we saw when we opened the door. Pictures don’t do this house justice. Every room in this house is nicely decorated. Very clean and very attractive right down to every detail. We’ll definitely be back !

Upper shower leaks into bedroom below, 50% of the lights are not functional, among other issues...It gets a rating of one, only because I can't go lower, and the fact that there was a cute little wooden bowling game in the living room.

Cute cabin, very cozy and comfortable. Convenient to highway and local attractions. Would stay here again.

Excellent location to access all the activities and areas of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and surrounding areas. Cabin was clean and very well furnished. Extremely minor issues were a few bugs making it into the cabin, understandable due to being in the woods, and the jacuzzi tub could not be filled without running out of hot water.
