Loved the seclusion
The bed was a lil too close to the ceiling for us. Would’ve been great for shorter ppl.

The property in Cosby TN is fantastic, it’s secluded and very quiet. The property was as described and very clean and tidy. The hot tub was in good working order and the stay was very pleasant, I can’t wait to come back and hopefully stay at this cabin in the future. The surrounding area of Cosby is real small town America and is rural and authentic and the locals I encountered were very friendly and welcoming. The TV had good apps pre installed and good wifi. The appliances in the cabin were also good.
As described the drive way is very steep and a regular car will struggle to get up it as it is a gravel driveway and I would definitely recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles, I do believe it will be paved at sometime, which would make it a lot easier to get up the hill in a car. I didn’t find any cutlery (knife, fork, spoon) in the drawers or cupboard unless it was somewhere else? Also I could not find the heating element for the kettle to make an essential cup of good British tea! but I was not too concerned about that, it was probably somewhere, I just couldn’t find it. Overall there are no real issues or complaints, it was a great experience.

It’s really quite self-sufficient! Everything you need in the tiny little kitchen. The location was great, 30-40 minutes from Gatlinburg and an hour to GSMNP.
The small space doesn’t get great air circulation, so the loft/bed was quite warm while the main floor cold. It was also strangely damp the whole time. Since the space is so small, it could use some more places to hang up stuff so not everything had to be stored on the ground.

We love the surroundings. The cabin was plenty big for us . Only thing was the rough driveway, we had a four wheel drive and we couldn't get up it, but so happened, Eric that lives at the foot of the hill Beside your drive was very nice about taking us up at midnight, the first night.Then come and checking on us to see if we needed anything. We were happy, he came and took us back down to the truck when we got ready to leave. All in all, we had a very beautiful Honeymoon, 72 years old, we were still able to climb the ladder to go to bed. We did not miss the internet. That way We were not answering the phone all the time. Thank you. We will be coming back again. Hopefully, after the driveway's fixed, Happy New Year.
