My family and enjoyed the home. It was very clean. It had everything we needed except an iron lol. I definitely recommend this property.

When our family walked into this home it was a welcoming sight. The openness of the home made us feel comfortable yet not far away from each other. The property was close enough to everything such as the beach, the restaurants, aquarium, escape rooms, etc. We knew exactly where to come “home” to when we saw Felix’s at the end of the main street leading to Markham Drive.
We would recommend this home to any family looking for a home away from home.

Very nice home. You can see the water from the patio and master bedroom window. Comfortable and spacious. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Quiet area.

Kitchen was barely stocked to make a simple breakfast. We had intended to cook more meals but were unable to without buying the bake ware needed. This is not our first foray into the VRBO world.... barely stocked is an understatement.
The king size bed did not have king size bedding, other than the fitted sheet. If we had not brought our own blanket, one of us would have been uncovered while sleeping.
We tried eating at the dining room table but the chairs we sat on were wobbly and need to have the seats rebuilt, ended up eating in the living room.
The shower in the ensuite leaked, we had to keep a wash cloth tucked up to the corner to keep the rug dry....
The yard was unusable due to it being unkempt and overgrown on the sidewalk to the front door. Garbage was in the bushes and you could see a large ant hill next to the front steps under the bush, had no desire to be eaten up by fire ants as it doesn't take much to get them agitated.
The house is beautiful but the above make it a no go again. And no, we didn't want to take time away from our vacation calling to ask for these things to be handled. They should be part of the preparation for the next renters. We do hope you get to sell this home, the for sale sign was a bit of a shock when we drove up considering the state of the yard.
