Spacious Gulfport Home - Walk to Beach!

I like how close to the beach we were. There was plenty of room and storage.

The dining room furniture needs to be replaced. The seats are falling apart and the table legs are wobbly.

It above and beyond expectations this will be the family vacation yearly 5 stars

The location, and the cleanliness.

Location was nice. The house was spacious with plenty of room.

Where do I start. The house wasn't clean upon arrival. We had to wait for over an hour from it to get done. Amanda was great to deal with! The yard was horribly overgrown. I'm sure the excuse will be it's rained alot but a good host would make an effort or at least send a courtesy message about it. Nothing. Then, the washer wouldn't spin so we had to hand ring out clothes only to find out the dryer wouldn't heat up. I ended up having to go to the laundry mat to wash until a new ser was brought in. Next, there was no welcome information so I had to request the wifi password (first one was wrong). Furthermore, the recliner has a broken footboard, the recliner sofa only worked on one end and you had to hold the handle in place for that. The 2nd bedroom door wouldn't close without holding up on it. The top screws appeared to be stripped out. Again, hats off to Amanda that did the cleaning. She also met the Lowes truck for the appliance replacement. Evolve was useless. I'll do better research for my next trip.
