We can only provide 2 parking permits per unit - strictly enforced. No trailers, RV's, over-sized vehicles that can't fit in a normal sized parking space.
For Cruising the Coast we have additional over-flow parking available next door which can be reserved in advance.

• Max occupancy of 9 is for all ages including children and infants (strictly enforced).
• Parking passes are for regular sized vehicles only; we can not accommodate over sized vehicles or trailers at this time, up to 2 permits.
• After you have a confirmed booking, we will need you to electronically sign a rental agreement and required HOA docs. We also require a copy of driver's license.
• Cable TV is not available in the building. All TVs are smart or have Roku devices and antenna are provided for local broadcast; streaming passwords are not.
• Surveillance cameras are present in al common areas of the building not limited to the lobby, breezeways, elevators, gym, pools, parking lot, etc.

We visited in early November for a break from the cold North. The view and location are great as you look out at the gulf and are close to amenities. The sunsets are incredible! The condo is large and cozy and they provide start up things you need. We were disappointed upon arrival as it was not in the cleanest condition. We spent the first hour wiping everything down, cleaning the shower and sinks, and sweeping. We paid 165 cleaning fee and were refunded 60. Lastly, and this not the fault of the host just something to note, the building is located on a busy road, and you can hear the traffic, trains, and wind at all times. Just something to note if you were looking for more of a peaceful stay.

Place was great! The pool was amazing for our kids who are still learning to swim. Beautiful views, well equipped home and kitchen had everything we needed. Of course the location is convenient to anything and everything in the area.The one moment where we truly needed assistance from our host, Isaak was helpful and quick to respond. A great option; one we hope to return to.

The place itself was great and at a great location right on the beach. Had a total of 6 issues with the place and on the second text to the local host I complained and criticized him pretty hard and he shot back with a very critical insulting reply in return. He said there were extra sheets in the master closet but they didn't look like sheets to me, looked like dark blue light blankets -- my bad. At any rate I texted the host that I would not bother him any more and went out and purchased about $400.00 off stuff to make the stay nice for everyone and took care of the other issues myself as they came up. The 5 star unit and location were brought down to a 3 star overall stay, but it met our needs. My brother in law stayed in another unit in the same building and they had 3 issues but those were quickly resolved by the host, and to give credit where due, I think it was the same guy. In my opinion a nice place like that should have maybe one issue or at the most two. I wouldn't say the amenities were neglected but quite a few things were overlooked. The unit has so much potential and I was just disappointed that the owner didn't take advantage of that and take the whole thing above and beyond to another level with just a little more effort.
