We had issues with the front door. We couldn't get it to open or lock using our code.
Called Sarah and she said there hasn't been any issues. We tried multiple times, finally she gave us the code for the key lock box. The door lock beeped all the time, very annoying.
The master bed had a very soft foam topper over the mattress which wasn't comfortable. The master tub drained very slowly - up to 20 minutes to drain. I plunged it, which helped. Tub could have been cleaned more thoroughly - large soap ring around bottom.
Rooms were clean. Sufficient amount of dishes and silverware. We mopped floor several times during stay, but always felt sandy. Needed a bath mat in master bath and at front door.

The condo was a good place to stay for the short time that I stayed there with my husband and young toddler. It came fully stocked with plates, utensils, pots, etc., so that was a plus. It was nice to see board games and cards to play with as well as books for reading too. The view was definitely worth it as was the convenience to the beach.

We enjoyed this unit and it's great location. It's pretty centrally located in Fernandina/Amelia and easy to get into and out of. Check in was very easy, all digital and code accessed on schedule. Nice ocean view even from a side view type unit. You can use the elevator or the stairs to quickly be on the beach. We didn't use the pool since it was cold, but it would also be easily accessed. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, cozy and well-appointed apartment conveniently located to shops, restaurants and the beach! It was quiet and beautiful, even after a hurricane! My family and I had a great time, and we hope to be back again soon!
