Location and the two bedroom two bathroom layout and the fact that the condo contained everything we needed
No mirror in the bathroom next to the bedroom with the twin beds. Needs a new beach wagon since the beach is a fair walk from the property. Too much rust on the current wagon. The condo was not super clean. When we would walk on the floors with no socks our feet would be black on the bottoms. Beds were pretty hard but ok, not great.
