Enjoy nature and hear the surf in our newly renovated condo, just two blocks along a wooden path to the beautiful beach. Amelia Landings Resort is situated in 9 acres of wooded “park-like” grounds, just a short distance to all this lovely island has to offer.
Our first floor condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. It was completely renovated with new flooring, stainless steel kitchen appliances and new cabinets. We offer a nice décor, large screened porch, a queen bed in the master and twin beds in the guest suite. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen which includes a washer and dryer. NOTE: There are five steps to enter the first floor condo .
Enjoy a quiet meal on the back-screened porch. Or surf the Web with our wireless broadband service.
There is plenty of room to entertain friends and family. Listen to the birds and RELAX – this is your vacation!
The Olympic size pool is just steps away with plenty of lounge chairs. Beach towels provided.
This unit is no smoking. Sorry, no pets are allowed (Association Rules). Responsible party must be 25 years old or older.

Lovely property , beautiful screened in porch. Some instructions are a little confusing but overall I would definitely stay here again.

Condo description could be better. “First floor unit” actually has 5 stairs to access, which wasn’t mentioned. Important info for persons with mobility issues. Kitchen is okay. For shorter persons the dryer and some cabinets will be hard to reach. Bed in master is full sized, not queen. Bathrooms have not been renovated, have two tub/shower combos. Some minor maintenance was required from us. Could use pest control as we found palmetto bug droppings in the cabinets and a dead one on the kitchen floor. Used bath soap left, not new. Few items left in fridge. Dining table is bistro size with wooden chairs. For the price, i would have thought the decor would be more updated. The location to the beach is great. Historic area about 15 minutes. Loved Amelia Island.
