We had a few issues at check in. The keypad entry was not working and we were not notified in advance. After a phone call we were given a code to a lock box and one key. Also, there had been a repair of the kitchen sink prior to our check in and there was a lingering odor when we arrived. There were towels and floor mats still in the dryer.
The unit was superficially clean. We did not have any dishwasher pods and only 2 pods for the washer. These were supposed to be supplied. The batteries in the remote were dead and no AAA replacements were available.
The upside of this unit is its location - the views are definitely nice. We had plenty of room for our family. Good to have 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was adequate for our cooking needs. Our son enjoyed the pool. Short walk to the beach. We could get to most of the island attractions in 10-15 minutes. We played several of the board games/card games on rainy days.
Overall a good stay, but could use some increased attention to details and deeper cleaning.

My mom and I lived every minute that we were there.
When you walk in the feel of the condo was warm and comfortable. The color of the paint was spot on. The way Shirley has it decorated was more then I could have asked for.
She has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with the most unique things.
The king size bed was what we needed. We used the second bedroom as a dressing room.
The views are what sold me on this property. The corner unit towards the beach.
The windows that face the beach are spectacular.

We loved the view from the patio as well as from the living area. We had a full 180-degree view of the beach and the ocean. Both the elevator and the stairs provide easy access to the unit. The short driveway leading to South Fletcher Ave is rather steep, and visibility is not good on passing traffic on S. Fletcher. Other than that, the location is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped , and there is a generous collection of dishes and glasses. The unit is well kept, and clean. The only complaint I have is that the mattress in the master bedroom is due for replacement, particularly the pillows! We stayed for 10 days, and almost ran out of hand soap and body wash. A more generous supply would have been much appreciated.

There were several items that could have made our stay more enjoyable such as:
A working elevator that was intermittent and down for the last two days of our stay. Hauling luggage and groceries up and down 3 flights of stairs is not my idea of a relaxing vacation. The living room area was not conducive to socializing as the Sofa was like concrete and the only other chairs in the room would not swivel to the TV. The tile floors throughout the unit were filthy, and you would have thought that after several years, the homeowner would have replaced the tile if for nothing else respect for their guests. The whole unit needs to be detailed and purged of clutter.
That said the view was wonderful.
