Home was clean and nicely updated kitchen area everything needed was provided. Lots to do if you kayak, canoe etc The water was delightful and views lovely. We stayed in B which didn't have the access to the long deck that leads to the sand. We had 2 fire pits available We used one closest to house. The queen bed in the room was not comfortable sadly but the flip out blow up mattress seemed to be good. We enjoyed ourselves and would visit again but maybe in side A. Oh and no air conditioning was fine until humidity came in

I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting a well equipped, clean, beautiful place. The scenery and beach remind me of the blue waters in the Caribbean.

We had a wonderful stay here! My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon in late fall and saw some great fall colors.
The beach views are beautiful and there's a great view of the sunrise each morning. The townhome is clean and had everything we needed to prepare a few meals and there's also a fire pit and firewood on site that we used. The location is a bit far from larger tourist attractions, but great if you are looking for a few days away in a quiet area. There are a lot of near by hiking trails and nature preserves and a few good restaurants in the nearby town.
We definitely recommend and would stay again!
