The private amenities include the Trout Creek Recreational Center, Tahoe Donner Tennis Center, Beach Club Marina, and the Northwoods Pool - NOTE: To prioritize Tahoe Donner owner access during the holidays, Short-Term Tenant Card blackouts are being implemented starting January 1, 2026, on the following dates: January 17-19 (MLK Day); February 14-16 (President’s Day); May 23-25 (Memorial Day); July 1-5 (July 4th); September 5-7 (Labor Day); November 26-29 (Thanksgiving); and December 24-January 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday) Truckee Restrictions: - A $500 fine will incur if noise and light pollution ordinances are not followed - To avoid citations, observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am, 7 days a week, and do not leave bright exterior lights excessively during your stay Tahoe Donner HOA Regulations: - This property is located within a community that is governed by the Tahoe Donner HOA and is in compliance with specific Rules and Guidelines.
