What a great house! Well stocked with all the amenities. Plenty of space for our 2 families. Front deck was awesome. 2 min walk to jump in the lake. Perfect location. Will definitely book again next summer!

We had a family reunion at the ski cabin including young children (who were old enough to navigate the stairs ). The rooms were perfect to accommodate our family of eight. Each subset of the family was comfortable. The roomy kitchen was well-equipped, had easy low benches for storage of food supplies we brought, and was easy to use. The living room area was cosy and accommodated a crowd, the dining table as well. There was a great hall storage as you came in for all the ski supplies and wet shoes. Easy access to local ski slopes that were kid friendly. And we loved the short walk to the Donner Lake park with beautiful views. The parking was well-plowed and accommodated our three cars-two trucks and a suv. Also, when we signed up, most of the reviewers were summer visitors. So I can say YES, the house was well-insulated, the whole house heater worked well, and the small room space heaters in the downstairs bedrooms were much appreciated especially to keep our youngest guest warm. The only downside was the challenge of meeting a ten a.m. check-out-we managed but it was a bit hurried.

Everything was lovely. House was clean, spacious, had everything we needed, and just a quick walk to the beach. Owner was friendly and communicative. House was perfect for 2 families. Kids loved the bunk room! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The entry is ridiculously treacherous with the construction and snow melt. Huge liability there!! The downstairs is also freezing. I would not stay there again.
