This house has a great floor plan and is wonderful to stay in for multiple families. The separate bedroom/living area is great for providing some separation and privacy from the entire group. Or, to give the kids a separate getaway. Having access to the garage is also a nice extra perk so you have a place to stow all your extra stuff like bikes, toys, and beach gear.
The house is in almost new condition and the owners keep it well maintained. It is nicely furnished, they have provided all the little extras in the kitchen and provided nice towels, liquid soaps, shampoo, etc. And the beach gear is there also-- nice aluminum/wood handle chairs, a beach wagon, cooler, and towels.
We would definitely stay here again!!
