The cabin is set in a beautiful valley and gives a large extended family ( with three dogs ! ) plenty of space to sleep, play and eat ! The grounds are great for exploring even if you don't take advantage of the ATV trails. The host was very welcoming when he stopped by and made sure we had everything we needed !

Enjoyed a weekend in the woods. Was nice to unplug for a bit. There is wifi in the cabin but cell coverage dropped a few miles from the resort. Very easy to get to as we didn’t arrive until after dark. We did some grilling, hiking, resting, and drove up to Dubuque for a date night which was about half an hour away. The host had great communication about somethings I had questions on.

The stay with our kids and grandchildren was crazy and fun. Plenty of bedrooms, huge bathrooms, and a very accommodating common area gave us plenty of space for all ages. The trails are amazing. Steve is one of the friendliest hosts you will ever find. Fun for everyone!
