The historic Lewis M. Fisher house has been recently salvaged and restored with a bit of modernization. This is the perfect venue for family gatherings, or even as a long term rental! We are centrally located between downtown Davenport and The Village, and across the street from The Renwick Mansion, with views of the Mississippi River
Full home available! Includes 2 king bed suites, 4 full sized beds, pull out bed, futon, washer/dryer. Street parking.
*No driveway, must be able to climb stairs*
This home features grand 10 foot ceilings with hill-top views of the Mississippi River, conveniently located 500ft from the front door of the Renwick Mansion wedding venue. For entertainment, there is a pool table, ping pong table, an 8'x8' hot tub on a 650sqft wrap-around deck, outdoor grill, and plenty of space for your friends and family.
You have access to the entire home, including a 0.5 acre lot and a 600 square foot wraparound deck.

Fiber optic internet and several working spaces throughout the home for business use. Full featured kitchen, tuned upright piano, and many other amenities throughout the home.
•Please park on our side of the street in front of our house. Do not park in front of any neighboring properties. We have a corner lot and there’s plenty of room!
•No parties (private events excluded). Only registered guests can enter the house.
•The fireplaces don’t work - please don’t use them.
•No smoking (indoors or outdoors) . Pets allowed but you must clean up after your pet waste. There will be an additional cleaning fee for violations.
•Quiet hours begin at 10pm, please be mindful of this when using the hot tub.
