Smoke free, 4 bed 2 bath split level home on NE side of Cedar Rapids. This place has all you need for a comfortable stay in Cedar Rapids!
3 bedrooms on upper level with full bathroom, well equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms. Lower level has the master bedroom, 2nd living room, laundry room, another full bathroom and wet bar/kitchenette.
All bedrooms have blackout curtains and blinds.
Floors are either tile, hardwood or luxury vinyl planks - no dust trapping carpets.
Kitchen is stocked with microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Brita water filter, complimentary tea & coffee supplies, dishes, pots & pans needed to cook a meal.
We provide all of the amenities you need including toilet paper, linens, towels, soaps & shampoos.
3 Roku TV's available to stream your favorite content (one TV in each living room and in the master bedroom).
Fast WiFi throughout.
Spacious, fenced-in backyard has a concrete patio with picnic table and propane BBQ grill.

Overall, we were pleased with our arrangements. When we arrived one shower door was off the rail. We contacted the owner, and he sent someone to fix it immediately. Great service! We were not aware that we would need to climb rather steep stairs when we entered. There were no handrails that made it difficult to carry any items and maintain our balance. I would suggest that handrails be installed.

The property is a good deal, good location with some updates. Bathrooms were nice. House was clean. The only issue I had was the smell. There was a heavy midwestern wet dank basement smell throughout the house. Other than that and outside of some squeaky beds it was a nice stay and the place was reasonibly priced. Great communication easy check in and check out process.
